Terms and Conditions

I. General statements

These terms and conditions govern the use of www.shop.negoist.com web site offered by nEgoist Sp. z o.o. [Co. Ltd] with registered office in Poznań at 18 Wroniecka Street, entered in the register of enterprises maintained by the Lower Court of Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Section, National Court Register with the number KRS: 0000180681, REGON 634554578, e-mail shop@negoist.com represented by: Roman Nowak, Chairman of the Board.
By accessing or using the Web site, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below without any modification.

II. Description of service

1. www.shop.negoist.com internet shop offers books and CD/DVD sale through the Internet. 2. The Customer means whoever places the order for the goods with us (the Seller).The Customer must comply with the following conditions: must be a natural person and legal person of legal age (18 - legal age). 3. The shop receives the orders through www.shop.negoist.com Web site. 4. The Customer will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of the order and of the details of the order as soon as is reasonably practicable. 5. The order processing system starts: - when a payment with credit card is made

-with the moment of placing the order by the Customer.

-when a payment with Paypal is made – with the moment of authorization

6. The Customer may alter the order till the moment of issuing the invoice. 7. The order is considered complete and accepted by the Customer in all its aspects in the moment of delivery of the goods to the Customer. 8. An invoice is attached to every completed order. 9. If the shop has run out of stock of a particular title, the Customer shall be immediately informed of this and provided with an estimate of when the title will be dispatched. In case when the item is permanently unavailable all the costs shall be returned to the Customer.

III. Prices

1.All the prices on the www.shop.negoist.com Web site are in Euro and include VAT. 2. The prices of products are legally binding at the moment of placing the order by the Customer. 3. The delivery price depends on the method of delivery as well as the country of shipment.

 

 

IV. Delivery

1. The products are delivered by Polish Post. 2. The shipping time is estimated during the final order. The time of delivery consists of the time of completing the order as well as shipment. 3. The detailed terms and conditions of delivery are specified by Polish Post. 4. In case of adult only products, the package have to be received by an adult person 5. The shop accepts the following payment methods: - by credit card, with PayPal or bank transfer.



V. Returns

1. The Client has the right to return the product within 10 business days time by sending a written statement or returning the product with the invoice before its expiration date. 2. The products may be returned only if not used, copied or damaged. 3. CD's/DVD's and CD-ROMS have to be returned in their original package 4. The returning costs have to be covered by the Customer. 5. The shop does not accept any packages sent by cash on delivery method. 6. The full refund should appear on Customer's account in 3 business days from the date of returning the product.

VI. Damages and warranties

1.Damaged packages and goods will be replaced provided that the Customer notify us of the damage. The product should be returned with the invoice with the written description of damaged goods as soon as is reasonably possible. 2.After the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost will be fully refunded to the Customer. 3. The complaints shall be considered in 2 days time after the package is received by the shop. 4. The shop does not accept any complaints sent by “cash on delivery” method 5. After the complaint is accepted, the shop will promptly replace the product or refund the price of goods. 6. The full refund should appear on Customer’s account in 3 business days time.

VII. Other matters

1.The shop does not take responsibility for the technical problems or changes caused by conservation of the site or change of equipment. 2. The offer, products, prices, promotions etc. may be changed by the shop anytime. 3. These terms and conditions are valid from the date of appearance on the www.shop.negoist.com Web site and are binding for indefinite period of time. 4.The terms and conditions may be changed anytime and are valid from the date of appearance on the Web site. The Customer is obliged to keep track of the changes. 5. All complaints and comments should be sent to Customer Service e-mail address: shop@negoist.com
